I love Rachel!!
ReplyThank you, Rachel: You’ve identified the bifurcated media problem, and thank you, Trevor: That’s a great suggestion. So, now, can we get to really fixing this problem instead of just chatting about it while democracy is burning to the ground?
ReplyThe Daily Show’s ratings are in the toilet and at an ALL TIME LOW.
S/O to Trevor Noah for being an Establishment Puppet though.
Replyi like how she made na-moo-stay
ReplyWho cares about agnew? 50 yrs ago? What?
ReplyI love both these people and its super cool to watch them talk things in this world our.
ReplyMy absolute favourite Male and Female tv personalities on one screen. Thank you!!!!
ReplyTo answer his question: one side is the Michael Jordan of LYING. It was really DIFFICULT to beat teams he played on. It is REALLY difficult to accept TRUTH when the side you believe in are PROFESSIONAL LIARS
ReplyI would love to listen to these two just talk for hours. Both are so damned intelligent and expressive.
ReplyRachel is the sinister kind of talking head anchor. She makes you think she isn’t biased but if you actually paid atrention you can tell she knows what the fuck she’s doing in terms of getting the sheep to believe her. The Daily Show uses the same exact tactics. FOH.
ReplyA white woman who is more wise, kind, intelligent, contextually thoughtful, insightful…. brilliant….better looking…. and infinitely more trustworthy than Trevor. She is a joy and a hero for all humans. When the hatred is coming from all sides, Rachel has a flashlight and maps. Pretty sure she brought food and extra sweaters for all of us too, and clean, dry pairs of socks.
ReplyI understand Trevor’s bewilderment about the way Americans regard their political parties. It seems very odd to me when an ordinary citizen says “I’m a republican” or “I’m a democrat”. In my country that would mean the person was standing for office or employed as a worker for the candidates. In Australasia, an Australian or New Zealander says ‘I’m an Australian/I’m New Zealander’ but who each person votes for is likely to change, election by election, depending on whether we think that person is honest and really able to perform what they promise they’ll do through the next four years. Their decisions have to be good for the whole country – that’s the real point. What Mitch McConnell has been doing – deliberately blocking 600 bills already passed by the House of Reps, and refusing to help the whole country just because the other party first proposed the second relief bill… wow. That would end his career. He’s not serving the country – the people – properly.
ReplyI love Rachel
ReplyLove this interview. Trevor is such a bomb interviewer
