Wonderful explanation! Kids are the best!
ReplyTrevor will be missed…African giant
ReplyI can relate. My parents are both white, so _I’m_ white. My little sister, though, (technically, half-sister) has a father from _Chile._
ReplySaw that BBC interview where the lady tried to nail him for this joke. Saying comparing people to chocolate would be a racial offense.
Asked myself about the band name hot chocolate then… nobody told these funky dudes that they are racists… at least not back in the days.
ReplyThe nut didn’t fall far from the tree
ReplyITS ALL NESTLE
ReplyMy youngest sister when she was a little kid said I’m not yellow color, I’m a peach color. I guess someone at school told her to use yellow color to draw herself for some reason.
ReplyI said yup, you are a peach
That’s actually a brilliant way of explaining Race to kids.
