ReplyThat was a hit.
ReplyHave a real conversation…..
Why can’t we blame this on humans! And not black or white! Humans are fucked up!
Reply‘Tribalism’ is not good for democracy/freedom.
ReplyGive that racial shit a rest. It’s about the unbridled power over a individual that they wanted to “tune up”! Just a simple case of brutality that went to far and they can’t hide it or get away with it as they typically do. They killed somebody on purpose. Send them to jail forever like anyone else would get. If you don’t…the riots are coming!
ReplyPolice TRAINING is the most important thing! Train officers in jui jitsu.. PAY them more.. This shit is almost eliminated
ReplyThe guy resisted arrest and ran, and then continued to resist. When you resist arrest cops get mad. It could have happened to a suspect of any race by cops of any race.
ReplyLook up David Grossman and Killology.
ReplyWhites are now at fault even when its black on black crime. Where does the buck stop? Hint: With you white person. By the time you realize this the gallow will be on its way down.
ReplyI’ve seen some people comment, on other platforms, that the only reason these 5 cops were fired and prosecuted was because they were black and that because of that it is unfair. There may be an element of truth to that, however, do we then, logically, think that these cops shouldn’t be so swiftly punished and fired? This is exactly what we want. This is the example all other police departments will be required to live by. If they don’t act as quickly and decisively, they will then face accusations of racism and/or cover up. That is what we want! We want them to be pressured to act this quickly. This is what should happen.
ReplyBlack police chief, black officers, black victim, of course it’s the white man’s fault! The black community simply take no responsibility for anything, absolutely nothing. As soon as the media start talking about this, we might start to make some progress, I won’t hold my breath.
ReplyMaybe I missed it, but the Memphis officers were fired awfully quick the happened to be African-American. Every other time, white officers get placed on paid leave for weeks or months before it either nothing happens or they are fired.
Am I the only one who thinks that’s odd? At the end of the day they’re just bad cops like anybody else but white cops never get fired this quickly.
ReplyWas Lord of the Flies about race? Also, there’s an easy argument that would make the only hold-outs (the racists white republicans) join your side in a heartbeat. Say police are tyrannizing vulnerable people, don’t make it a race issue, cause that automatically excludes white people who don’t like rap, make it a tyrannical goverment issue (2A). The Republican side of the country is horny to flex, but they’re not allowed because Democrats think THAT would be racist (not the killing of black people, no the allowing of white people into the club of pissed off Americans)
