Life does begin at conception, any other statement is anti-scientific. The issue is at what point taking a human life is justified, everyone concedes it’s justified for self-defence, some think it’s justified for capital punishment. Pregnancy is more of a grey scale.

That woman is so deluded. She thinks “someone” will take the election from Trump without any plan, any name, or any path getting there. Hoping for the best doesn’t work. Hoping for American decency doesn’t work.

American companies gave it away to China. Manufacturing costs are way cheaper, so Apple, etc. make more money.

She’s right about Made in America, but it has to start with that new smallAnyAll fascination, The Luxury market. Where high margins help underwrite higher costs. Hence gobment leadship in high priced “markets” like weapons development.

Why sell American ingenuity at Chinese prices too? Don’t they have to pay for express usage of said upcoming discoveries and inventions instead of just copy and paste economics??

You want the latest from SinoVac covered by insurance too??

Hey Bill! Pay people more and they can afford Made in America . Americans could do that back when Eisenhower was President and the Wealthy paid A LOT more in Taxes . So regular actual working people paid less And before Reagan started a War on Unions. Which starting with the Striking Airline Pilots who he fired as soon as he became President

I don’t always agree with Bill lately, especially when it comes to the COVID pandemic and vaccinations, but with regard to Wal-Mart and Chinese products, I suspect he’s right, or close to right.

It was a while ago, but in the aftermath of the Tiananmen Square massacre, I personally boycotted products made in China for a year or two. And, whenever I went to Wal-Mart, it was EXTREMELY difficult to find ANYTHING outside the grocery department that wasn’t Chinese made — perhaps a shirt or two made in Vietnam, but almost EVERYTHING else was made in China — clothes, tools, housewares, toys, etc. I’ll bet the percentage back then was in the 90’s, and probably still is today.

“Try to deny Trump the nomination” ? Register R, freak out all the pundits and pollsters, and then vote against him the Republican Primaries. The only poll (that used to) really matter is in Nov. … the last election with a secret ballot ? Seem unlikely? Ask yourself what their voter ID laws are really about ?
