ReplyWilliam bar is a total Richard cranium there should not be such a swing from one state to another we are the united states of America laws should be close from one state to the next bad example you kill a cop in ill and you get the death penalty no excuse vs you kill a cop in California and you get 15yrs with a chance of parole after 5 years served and in Texas you get to move to the head of the line for execution. if that is the case then there is no United states, we are just a group of individual countries. which country do you what to live in. dissolve the federal government it serves no purpose. WE NEED A COMMON GROUND IF WE ARE TO SURVIVE AS THE U.S. OF AMERICA federal law should and must trump state laws. there needs to be a common thread between states. (if not the at least we no longer have to pay fed income tax)
