Arguing is fine… but backstabbing, stepping on necks, and eating each other is what it looks like from out here lately, though.

The dems started the anti-due process nonsense and censorship online and punching non existent Nazis. They can eat their own for all I care.

Ew Andrew Gollum. Nobody wants Democrat socialist policies. I don’t know you, care about you, and have no interest in paying for your healthcare or college. Fuck off and pay for it yourself.

You’d think Butigeige was up for the Supreme Court, considering how many News folk I’ve heard pronounce it ‘Booty-judge’.

Funny how Democrats haven’t learned that gun control doesn’t work. Look at the shooting in New Zealand. Their gun control didn’t save them. Gun control only keeps guns out of the hands of good guys. No wonder the Muslims got killed, there wasn’t an armed guard in the mosque.

John is absolutely right. Decide what you stand for, and run on a platform you believe in, and we’ll see if the people want you to lead.
Waiting to see what people want in a leader, and changing your platform based on that, just tells us that you want the position for the wrong reasons.

I’m glad Bill brought up the repeal of Glass-Steagall. That was one of the biggest blunders our government did in the last 50 yrs. On a side note Jon Tester is a likable dude. John Heilsman is right. It’s not ideology, it’s authenticity. That’s why McCaskill and Donnelly lost and why Sherrod Brown and Tester won.

As a Progressive Democratic voter from Texas, I just got to say that of the 5 Red State Democrats who were up for reelection back in 2018 (Donnelly, Heidcamp, Manchin, McCaskill, and Tester), Tester is probably the 1 I was hoping for the most to win his Senate election. Don’t get me wrong, I’d prefer more Progressive Democrats in these Senate seats and I wished that they wouldn’t have lost (well, except maybe Manchin) so that the Democrats could have also taken back the Senate, but at least Tester also won reelection given how unlikely it was for him going into that race, and it gives hope for Democrats in Montana again in 2020.

If someone on Real Time took a few minutes to research what Pete Buttigieg has said about making the SC non party influenced would know that he is not court packing as much as making sure the SC stay above party influence. Adding 5 judges that can only service if they are unamimously confirmed by the congress appointed judges is a brilliant move to make sure the court stays non partisan.

Jon Tester is authentic. Democrats are pretty similar, the tactics and the generations gap divide is true but overall in 90 percent or so of issues most democrats stick together

As a Montanan, just work hard for your state. That’s it. Yep there’s some cultural fit differences region to region and I’m fine if AOC ideas work in NYC but overall Dems work hard to approach everyone to re elect authentic democrats here. He gets things done too unlike Beto.
