ReplyWhy not get gender dysphoria/untreated transgender identity labeled as a physical disability? After all, it’s when your body doesn’t match your mind/spirit, right? And you’re not allowed to discriminate against people with disabilities, so they can use the bathroom that makes them more able or matches their identity. Of course, then it would also be illegal to force people to use the gender identity they were born with if it causes them distress- like forcing someone born with a tumor or physical defect to just live with it rather than get treated. Just trying to help.
