How is it weird to say hello to people before asking or demanding something

Is Jimmy all right? He’s stuttering a lot lately and seems to be slurring
    words sometimes. (1:29 for example)

It is super rude to ask for something without saying hello first. What is
wrong with that? People need to learn some good manners nothing wrong with
    that

Now I finally get why everyone I know says that when they go to Paris on
vacations they usually don’t like the french people. Well, if that’s the
case then they should distribute this “code of behaviour” as an official
    document in their airports.
