ReplyMore musicians need to have channels like Paypal or Patreon for fans to give them money directly so they no longer have to depend on the table scraps the industry doles out. The music industry won’t change without sufficient financial pressure, so the more artists that go independent and fully own their own rights through funding their own production efforts, the more leverage they’ll have. Plus there are tons of people with a few spare bucks to help out their favorite artists.
