I will say I just thought about that when she did mention about tinder. Does that mean that they’re not easily catfished cuz they don’t have to be like oh here’s the profile here’s what they look like but this is actually how they turned out because someone else can catch it for them before it happens. That’s pretty cool
My grandfather had an aggressive form of glaucoma that left him almost completely blind at the age of 45. You wouldn’t know it if you saw him work at the farm though. As a child it was completely normal for me to see him cut small patches of grass with a sickle, milk cows, set and check rat traps, help a cow give birth or collect eggs. He could even find a dead chicken among the 1000+ chickens they had. I never even wondered how, he just did. My uncle had taken over the farm before my grandfather became completely blind, but he kept working with my uncle until a few years before his death.
Yes, most people will never meet a blind person in their life time. In my country, with over 80 million citizens we have 145k blind people and another 500k partially sighted people. Thats less then 1% of the population. Looks like that worker protections and fewer wars help a lot to reduce the number of people who have to suffer from this!
Huh… Must be awesome to actually have people listen to you… All I get is reminded everyday how much I do not matter… Because of who I am… But extreme negative social value cost you so so much…
Wow this is so incredible thank you Trevor for having Molly on your show and allowing her to share her story and a little bit on how she does stuff on a daily basis.
Molly and Trevor are such an awesome role models.
