ReplyPilk is a re-brand of an ” ice cream float ” that has sat around too long and is now just all a room temperature mess in a glass. How is it the wrighters missed soooo many bad and good jokes like ” Pepsi is now soo lazy, in marketing they aren’t bothering to chill the milk to icecream first ” followed up with a plug for FREEDOM ICECREAM by Steven Colbert!!! So good, it doesn’t NEED PEPSI!!

But in all seriousness, while I certainly don’t like it anymore, Coke and milk is a serviceable combination. You just have to be sure to drink it right away, because I found out later in life that the acid in the soda will cause the milk to curdle if you leave it for too long. (Note this is the same thing that happens to milk inside your stomach, but that’s after you’ve already consumed it.)

ReplyI tried this drink as a kid because it was on Laverne & Shirley. I even remember they met some multiverse twins who drank milk & coke. Meanwhile…how is this any weirder than a root beer or coke float?
