Former Secretary of Defense Mark Esper joins Stephen for a two-part conversation about his time in the T*** administration, from which he was fired, which he writes about in his new book, “A Sacred Oath.” Stick around for more from Secretary Esper. #Colbert #MarkEsper #ASacredOath
The 14-minute 1942 US Department of Agriculture video *Hemp For Victory* is the key to reducing pollution, replacing fossil fuels, ending deforestation and stopping climate change.
ReplyI dont know, this guy waits till now to reveal all these things and sell his book. Where was he when the country really needed him to do this?
Replythis guy spent 4 years following orders from orange man and he has nothing to show for it. the fact he did not speak out much sooner is the reason trump wasnt removed. now he wants to sell his book on how he was just following orders. good riddance.
ReplyYou missed an important opportunity to ask Esper if he believed T***p should have been fully impeached out of office. I hope the next late show host asks that.
ReplyTrump will be president again and then fascism will be official..
ReplyA Thomas Becket reference! Somehow I can’t see T**** emulating Henry II and accepting guilt for his careless words.
ReplyHe didn’t vote for Biden, did he? Very convenient now, write a book, join the lecture circuit, get on TV. Well, at least he’s not a traitor….
ReplyRepublican Party is greatest threat to humanity. Moscow Mitch. Enabaler.
ReplyI won’t be giving this choad a single cent of my money.
ReplyStephen’s more like a super catcher having had it twice.
ReplyIt sucks to get discarded for being loyal to the kingdom instead of the king.
ReplyI’m glad Esper was in talks with Gen. Milley. I wish he had more control over Chad Wolf’s horrendous, criminal handling of the summer 2020 crimes committed against against journalists and citizens protesting.
ReplyThis guy was one of the people in charge during the George Floyd protests and the lafayette square crackdown in DC. This was Mr. “You gotta dominate the battlespace” when talking about dealing with fellow americans. Now he’s getting painted as a hero and applauded by the crowd? For shame Stephen, for shame.
Edit: typo
