Am I the only one who gets annoyed by Evie being there…? I just don’t need to see or her all the time…. geez. Doesn’t she have an own life instead of hanging out in his show all the time? Sorry. 😛

This is great banter. I don’t want Evie to ever feel pressure that she needs to participate in Stephen’s career like this on a regular basis. But if that’s what she wants to do then I’m on board.

The “chocolate is toxic to rabbits” internet tale has the same amount of scientific backing as the “chocolate is toxic to dogs”internet tale, none. It is unlikely to die out. There just aren’t enough people wasting perfectly good chocolate on pets to justify veterinary science settling the matter.

I have a nagging question. If you had a rabbit proof fence, and a bird snatched the rabbit from the yard, how did he get back in the yard, 3 days later? It had a broken leg too. Did the bird get tired of the rabbit going on and on about election fraud, so it dropped the rabbit back in the yard? Did the rabbit hire an Uber? Was this another SEAL Team 6 operation? Ohh, I’m gonna have trouble sleeping tonight.

I think Colbert’s Tolkien-fandom makes him slightly careful about the hypocritical gloating about banning books… (There is one chapter in particular that readers probably know, even if the author wasn’t a bigot and introduced different, positive aspects too.)

Catholics have a very official fixed list of things to give up for Lent. They celebrate by having a lot of it the day before Lent, commonly known as Mardi Gras. Because fish is NOT on the list, they import tonnes of fish from places that have fish to sell, like New Foundland. Muslims on the other hand give up all food and drink, but only in the daytime. And their calendar is kind of different too.
