Late Night writer Karen Chee has a list of do’s and don’t’s for white people who would like to celebrate Asian Pacific American Heritage Month.
As a longtime Karen fan, I’m so proud!
Please don’t invite trump to any of your celebrations! 💙
I Fell in love with Asian chicks at a young age and I’m assuming a white boy disease with assumptions that are somewhat bigoted..but they start with ass and big so it’s gotta be a catholic curse.
Those tattoos almost always say “No MSG”
Thank you for making this!
She was great! Really smart!
“Do bow to me!” Yass girl!
this was *awesome* – loved it
That last line was gold.
It was established in 1992 because that was a few years after internment camp victims finally got reparations. Also it’s around the time McCain and Kerry started working on finding Vietnam MIA soldiers.
I loved this so much she’s so fun and bubbly
Love this show! Seth must be the coolest boss!
she is uber cute but honestly i dont think they need to celebrate heritage month. its just inappropriate and those people are american, they have the same culture and heritage as you its just that they come from all over the world.
THANK YOU, Karen!! Im from DC/SB, and im sick of how Americans of all backgrounds (New Yorkers as the worst offenders) behave like I cant be born to Asian parents and still be an American
Asian Comedian Assasin!
they gave black people a month now every ethnic group has to have a month
Good to see that we get asked the same questions in every country XD
Thank you Karen and Seth for bringing Asian Pacific American month into the picture… I don’t mean people need to dress up or go eat Asian food and “celebrate’ that way, just stop treating Asian Americans as these exotic people… We are part of American history, we build your railroads, we got locked up in camps when you thought Japanese Americans were all bad, and we all help America to be a great place. What we are not: not everyone owns a take out or laundromat, not every Asian guy is a delivery guy if he carries bags, and no we don’t all know karate. We are all proud Americans.
