    It’s the pickle relish. The onion is just the same slivered onion that goes in the quarter pounder, and the “pork rib” patty is genuinely disgusting – they smell really weird when frozen and WORSE when cooked, and have the consistency of that rubber stuff they make running tracks out of mixed with shredded cardboard. Just have them put the pickle relish on a quarter pounder instead of the ketchup and mustard, and add a slice of bacon above and below the beef patty. That results in a SIGNIFICANTLY better burger.
