Random person: “So, I got the Johnson and Johnson vaccine. You know, it’s just one shot, so that’s cool. And yeah there was that thing about side effects. I don’t know exactly, just heard about it from a co-worker over a zoom happy hour. But you know, things are looking better so….”
    Me: “Please kill me now.”

Hey. Leave him alone! Just because he is wearing a bowtie in 2021. Leave him alone! So what if he wants to wear a green jacket on a day other than St. Patrick’s Day? Leave him alone.

I was thinking about sending this to my friends and then it got to the separation part and I realized I shouldn’t include one of my friends and then I realized that one of my other friends is an idiot and would probably mention it to the guy who’s wife left him and then I realized we are all getting together on friday. Crap, I need Lark Kimble’s help! Not for the coaching, just for the get-out-of-jail free freeze move.

lmao I literally do this for a living, just for all the time and not just post-pandemic.

Freeze….notice how the guy Lark is talking to looks like a grown man, but has the voice of a 12 year old girl?……unfreeze.

Lark was in character from beginning to end. That was a fantastic impression of an over scripted impersonal sales man/canvasser/brand ambassador. Lol. Loved it. Key take away for those in The field: listen, show compassion and have some respect for the dignity of others when your engaging with others.
