Quite quitting sounds a very white thing to me. No that I disagree with it in theory but it’s a doomed strategy. Here’s why: employers want people that works more for the same amount of money. It’s call “an opportunity”, “a project”, “internship”, “volunteering”, etc. When a Gen Z says, nop thank you, an employer then looks for someone who will. And in an economy where willing and flexible people is scarce, they will look for other avenues: namely immigrants. Either legally or illegally, they will bring people from other countries to do the job Americans don’t want to do. Truth is, the system is what it is because the change needs to come from legislation and be free from corruption. Until then, employers will never lose.

*Someday perhaps I’ll hear a rational, reasonable explanation of why ‘AMAZON’ was/is allowed to undermine and destroy the American retail market…all without paying a DIME in taxes*

This government destroyed the labor market and continue speaking about mediocre jobs. Just think twice, employees are the ones that create the companies not viceversa, if you have unprepared and mediocre employees then you form mediocre companies!

Until they put profit limits on corporate entities, nothing will change. Your profits shouldn’t be more then when you pay employees.
