    To be fair, that was sad when the turtle died. I’m not saying they should
    censor it, but I remember reading that when I was younger and felt really
    bad. Mostly for Peter. Poor kid. Even his own book series ended up being
    more about his little brother than him. He could never catch a break.

    Adult and YA novels? I only know her for the Fudge books. I mean I know she
    wrote Are You There God, It’s Me Margaret, and Blubber, but other than…
    wait, did she write Freckle Juice? I always get that one confused with
    Frindle since I never read either of them, but they both had a kid on the
    cover looking like Arnold from the Magic School Bus.

    If you think about it, Judy Blume might be one of the biggest authors in
    U.S. history. There aren’t too many people who don’t know the name.

    Judy freakin’ Blume everybody! I saw her at Bookcon in May and fell in love
    with her all over again.
