Jonah Hill explains what inspired him to make his film Mid90s, capturing what it was like to grow up in the ’90s and why his first film was so difficult to make.
You feel that this was a life long dream come true.
I’m not normally interested in movies about American kids skateboarding in the mid 90’s. It just wouldn’t hit my radar. But this guy makes me want to watch this one.
Please, Jonah, never ever shave… The beard does wonders to your face!
love the honesty
The kid from “Superbad” is really eloquent.
That ‘too cool to care’ thing has really become insidious. It’s gotten to the point that supporting the things you love in any way has become something to be sneered at. Funnily enough, it’s these same guys who keep complaining that every show they love gets cancelled.
I can’t wait!
Jonah hill is so inspiring
I so wanna see this movie now. I love Jonah Hill. Fantastic actor.
OK, I’m sold..
@3:11 What culture needs right now more than anything is _less ambiguity_ about what _good_ and _bad_ are. Not more ambiguity. It’s pretty clear-cut, tbh. Giving within one’s means = _good._ Taking without consent = _bad._ Apply to any situation you can imagine. It works.
