It’s really good to see two hosts I like sitting there laughing about the scary reality… Makes me feel relaxed facing the truth.

I love Last Week Tonight and although we stream our HBO with HBO Now, we have to wait 2 to 3 hours before we can watch it. But we stay up and watch each Sunday. The Brexit episode was not what I wish he would have talked about after being gone for so long and the topic is somewhat confusing to me, but I truly love his show and wish his “breaks” weren’t so long.

My favorite episodes always seem to be when he’s spending HBO’s money. The church episodes were great and loved the Marlon Bundo book. There’s just too many to mention them all. Keep up the great work.

We’ve been looking forward to 2020 since November of 2016, though.

The UK driving itself off a cliff… a fitting end for a former empire who never got the hang of the whole “voting” thing.
Can you imagine if the US populace voted to stay a union or not during their Civil War? No, they knew some things do not get put to a vote, it’s either done or it’s not done.
“Emotions are high, lines are being drawn… but first let’s count every vote in Kansas before we do anything rash.” The vote says do the rash thing and split! “Guess our hands are tied.” Lincoln shrugs and that’s it.

It’s not that we’re gonna live forever.. it’s that it seems more and more apparent that we’re already dead.. and we didn’t make the cut.

‘Very hard to catch them on vacation’ during the huge swathes of the year that news happens, and they aren’t there for comment (not to criticise the deep-dive commentary they facilitate when they are).

I don’t care if the democratic nominee is colored or white, male or female, young or old…Just put the person up who has THE BEST CHANCE TO BEAT TRUMP. Identity politics, values and ideologies can come after the election, we can hash things out and get things back to normal but now we need to be pragmatic. We cannot allow Trump a 2nd term.

Strange, I cant seem to forget the crap trump and trumptards do week after week after month after month after year after year. I’m puzzled that it is considered normal the general audience has the attention span of trump himself. 🤷🏻‍♂️
