I’m so happy to hear this beautiful, heartfelt message. It just reminds me
that there are still good people out here, even in the midst of this
horrible tragedy. Thank you so much, Jimmy. Love ya lots! <3

It is very sad that a so called religion of peace has radical Islamic
terrorists within it, that think it is their evil twisted duty to judge and
then execute people they don’t agree with. These savages need to be hunted
down and sent straight to HELL.

This is probably the best video addressing this situation. there is a
totally different tone, instead of saying this is a senseless tragedy by a
terrorist who was against the gay community, it’s more of a senseless
tragedy against good innocent people who didn’t deserve to die. the
difference is the specification of being gay. That club in Orlando was for
all people no matter what sexuality, both straight and gay people were
killed. This is not a strike just against the gay community it’s against
    all of us.

Okay this may sound insensitive, so first I want to acknowledge that I do
understand and feel that this is a tragedy.

During these events people act so strangely to me. 6,775 people die in
America each day. Not all of these are necessarily tragedies. Many are
expected or peaceful deaths, but many are also tragedies. Many are car
accidents, or suicides. If we consider how many of these are preventable
deaths it is thousands upon thousands every year, but when 50 people die
    the whole country panics.

Again I don’t mean to sound insensitive, but what about Timmy’s parents who
died in a car accident, or Caroline who’s daughter committed suicide? These
events are much more lethal, but slip under the radar because society
decides these are unavoidable even though these can be fixed. There is
nothing that can stop terrorist attacks regardless of what politicians tell
you. Banning guns? Terrorists will get them illegally. Banning Muslims from
immigrating into our country? The shooter was born in America. Wire
tapping/Widespread CCTV/Gov’t surveillance? Doesn’t seem to have helped
    much so far.

The fact that someone would ever think of doing this makes me so depressed.
Here’s the thing. I’m christian. Not homophobic. I actively supported gay
rights in my hometown. I feel so sad for the people who lost their lives.
They didn’t deserve what happened. They were just being themselves, they
were happy, finding a place where they could be themselves, nothing wrong
with what they were doing. I..I’m slowly losing hope in society. Why can’t
we just accept the fact that other people will have different beliefs,
different sexualities? Why does there always have to be people who want to
bring others down for being themselves? I encourage anyone who sees this,
to stand with Orlando. I plan on moving there when I grow up. I’m getting
ready to go on amiss ion trip to show people it’s ok to be themselves.

My thoughts and prayers to everyone who lost their lives. And the families
    that suffered a tragic loss.

Jimmy is a very good man.He believes it’s ok to be you ,sure being gay or a
lesbian might be disturbing to people ,but that doesn’t mean it’s ok to
kill 49 people and injure 50!I love that he didn’t say anything like “being
gay is wrong.”or”that family raised their kid wrong.”They did not make that
way!I agree with Jimmy.Thank you Jimmy for being respectful.

teared up watching this, especially when he said keep dancing. I live here
in Orlando and my family and friends have lost so many people. its so hard.
its sad to be scared to leave your house. Orlando is a city of love and
happiness. people travel from all over just to enjoy the happiness it can
bring their children and loved ones. never stop loving the way you love,
and always accept that love is love. if you love someone, why cant someone
else, even if its different from your way? love is love. stay strong
everyone, and I’m sorry for anyone else who has lost people too.

I think that is not wrong to be a homophobic, but don’t decide for someone
else’s life. No one has the right to end with a life that is not your own.
(If it is a massive murderer or a rapist i would understand). If someone’s
gay that’s his or her problem and if someone is homophobic that his problem
    to, just don’t hurt anyone.
