Christ alive it’s set in Glasgow…that’s so far from a Glasgow/West Coast of Scotland accent in the film it’s untrue it’s like a cottonmouth Dundee accent with wee bits of Edinburgh thrown in Christ on a bike rather than doing the stupid ‘spice girl’ stick maybe she should have gone to Glasgow or hired a vocal coach who knows what a Glasgow accent sounds like?

Pro tip if you’ve got an American accent and want to nail the Glaswegian accent for “Spice Girls” – say “Space Ghettos” in whatever the RP or California version of a US accent is. Works every time.
