The joke was never about her having alopecia. She shaved her head, and she only has tiny tiny spots missing that can easily be covered. The joke was about her having a shaved head.

Now her image is just an old grumpy rich person who can make Will Smith demolish his career with just a look. Will’s apology was the funniest acting he’s ever done
