I wouldn’t even apologize if I were in his shoes. Getting the food wrong 3 times already sucks, but especially for someone with serious allergies? The owners of that restaurant can be glad no-one has made a big deal out of this any further. Why didn’t the owner come to ask, if everything is ok and why did they not apologize for the mess up?! It might not be the servers fault, but I think they (restaurant generally) got off pretty darn well by just getting a sarcastic comment.
