Absolutely moved and gutted – we are approaching the end for my father and these were hard but beautiful words to hear.

Loss is individual to us all, especially when its a parent.
This week marks 3 years since the loss of my own mother and as someone who is not religious and absolutely abhors what religions of all types has done to us as a people, my mothers loss reiterated what i had found after my grandparents passing, heaven exists in all of us. It’s our hearts and minds where those we love the most and those we miss the most live on, forever with us when we need a moment of happiness, sadness (we all need to be sad sometimes to cope), support and love. They are there in our memories when we need them.
