A parent who pays for a proceedure AND the surgeons who do them should be fined $10000 for first then $10000+jailed 1 year for each proceedure after. Medically necessary teen surgery excempt.
Ok…over the past 5 years we’ve learned just how INSECURE Americans really are, about everything PARENTS need to build security in their kids from the beginning. UNACCEPTABLE that parents allow plastic surgery on a 13 yr old. The problem isn’t filters, but like lazy Americans, let’s blame a TOOL rather then ourselves.
