ReplyGreat stuff Sam!

ReplyNice to see trickledown economics working so well. I’m just overwhelmed by all these billionaires and multimillionaires making such huge sacrifices to help the poor and working class as the country the rich claim to support rapidly crumbles.
ReplySam- Would be great if you could shed some light on the disgusting price gouging happening with online food retailers who actually accept food stamps. I thought you were about to touch on it when I saw that “$9” pizza you put on the screen that is five bucks if you walk into a walmart. Amazon pricing on what they accept EBT for is criminal. Rice should be like 30-50 cents a pound, with EBT online it’s more like 2.50
ReplyI see the rise of socialism in America and frankly it’s about time
ReplyAs George Carlin said American’s love their fast food which puts them on the road to a slow death.
ReplyMost Americans throw away around 35% of they food they buy. And restaurants around 40%. Maybe address that issue first.
ReplyI just wonder when the ones in need will be rural Trump voters that will finally understand the lack of empathy Trump or Republicans have
ReplyWhy is the Epoch Times, a far right publication advertising on Full Frontal’s page.
ReplyLove You Sam. Thanks for being there. You are fabulous. Distance hug, Jody
ReplyThank you Samantha for being a voice of sanity and humorous during these dark times

ReplyAbout a year ago, when my now husband and I were skipping meals and eating mostly rice, we could not apply for food stamps because we had a vehicle worth more than $5000. They expect people to have less than $5000 of assets before they receive food stamps, at least here in OR. We couldn’t sell our car and not be able to get around and transport stuff for work so we stayed hungry. We’re blessed enough to have help from family, some aren’t so lucky. No one should be going hungry here. The thought of kids being hungry makes me sick, idk how these food company ceos, politicians, and powerful ppl can continue to be heartless.
ReplyGreat piece! I didn’t know SNAP boosted the economy.
ReplyI’m so glad that SNAP online purchasing has spread beyond NY. In the best of times, many disabled and immunocompromised cannot safely shop in stores. It’s a nightmare, now, and $700/month disability, (needed for rent), is being spent on online groceries! It’s die or get evicted.
ReplyNot sure Taco bell ever had meat in there Tacos.
Reply“…the showerhead.” Hah, oh wow.
