Even though Donald Trump has been banned from Twitter since January, his lies about election fraud continue to spread faster than a “covfefe” tweet. And once again, the Black voting community is suffering the consequences. Part 2 of 2.

Wait, did you just imply that John Green is the Devil?
ReplyOnce a mormon handed me a card with an image of the sermon on the mound (apparently). I asked “what’s this?”. He pointed and said “that’s jesus.” Hahahahah
ReplyIs Warnock in charge of Georgia because I thought he was governor
ReplyName one thing black people get from voting?
ReplyYou can’t.
Look at me. I’m a woke white female.
ReplySpiderman only gives one save, ask Peter? Love your show!
ReplyIf you are eligible to vote then you should be given the maximum opportunity to do so. Any argument or action to prove that wrong is a direct attack on democracy/self government. It is functionally the same as apartheid or fascism.
ReplyI sometimes have to slow down Sam B because of how densely she packs ideas when she speaks
ReplyThe GOP is playing 4D chess against themselves. Showing how evil they are in trying to suppress minority voices will only motivate more people to vote against them at any chance.
ReplyI’d actually like to see the INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY act together against the very clear Apartheid intentions of American politics, much like they made South Africa into an isolated economic pariah before Mandela’s election! If America can’t behave like a decent, humane society, then they don’t deserve to join in with the rest of us!!
ReplyTo republicans, making elections more “secure” means stopping as many people from voting as possible.
Reply“No one can save us, but us.”
T -shirt time!
ReplyGOP is so blatantly corrupt. Who even believes the s*** they spew?
ReplyWhy can’t the democrats have a consolidated type of counter to this. It’s like you have one evil command center for conservatives, and a disparate group of hippies doing their own thing on the democratic side
ReplyPass 4 the ppl act!!!
ReplyI’m glad the internet accessability of news from around the world finally exposes the us to everyone easily. it’s not a beacon of democracy or land of opportunity for everyone. this illusion holds true for a tiny minority of wealthy, white and straight peoole. mostly men.
ReplyAmerican politics is the best sh*tshow on YouTube.
ReplyVote ALL Republicans OUT at state level governor and Senate/Congress…
ReplyBee, release your videos during waking hours to get more traffic
ReplyI hope sam bee is always on tv
ReplyCan’t get your way by following the rules?
ReplyChange the rules!
Works every time.
The erosion of civility, justice & equity in voting can be traced (and source ed) to the GOP since the Nixon-Goldwater era.
ReplyWhile the insanity & cowardice is evident in the GOP, the insanity & cowardice of Democrats needs to be addressed as well. Why are Congressional Dems avoiding defining what constitutes a Domestic Terrorist Organization & the consequences of membership? Wouldn’t enabling (and inciting) sedition, insurrection & treason, as well as expressed dedication to destroying democracy in favor of a dictatorship & authoritarianism qualify as worthy of expulsion from politics, elections & governing?
When Republicans say they’re worried about “voter fraud” or “insecure elections”, they *always* mean “black and Hispanic people are voting, and we don’t like it.”
ReplyIt’s too bad the Democrats don’t want to succeed, so that they can keep their donors happy, as Biden “said nothing will change.”
ReplySo…it’s not OK to give voters in line food and water but it _is_ OK for poll “watchers” to hassle voters in line. Does not compute.
Replythe devil DOES support “a sworn written statement” over an actual ID, so… gulp, maybe mike lee has a point? (also, mike lee IS the devil…)
ReplyBut but but, states right to be racist!!!!?????
ReplyIf we can’t debunk the “D*ep St*te” conspiracy theory, nothing matters!
ReplyBlack voters are under attract because Justice john roberts
ReplyThe fact that this is even allowed at all is disgusting
ReplyIt’s not just black voters, they’re making it harder to vote EVERYwhere, which makes it harder for EVERYone to vote. So the only ones left are those rich enough (remember, time is money) to have some one else do it for them.
ReplyJust last month I had to stand in line (partly in the rain) for over 2 hours to vote for the local school board, a pair of parents behind me got out of line and left when they realized that once in the building it was still an hour+ wait. They had kids they needed to care for.
If they take your vote, they take your power. Find out who is up for election in 2022 and start supporting them NOW!!!
ReplyDid Sam just call out John Green?
ReplyMake voting compulsory and centralise its rules and this all is eliminated. Voting in Australia is such a non event. We all do it and move on. And buy a democracy sausage to eat.
ReplyAustralia has mandatory voting for elections with fines handed out to those who don’t vote, perhaps America would benefit from a system like that. What Politician can resist a cash grab from those refusing to vote?
ReplyDems should make election day a national holiday.
Replyvote every year twice a year – or more if a special election is called
ReplyThe Donald is areligious. I don’t really care, but his PRETENDING to be religious really creams my craw. For all we know, the universe is self generating. (I don’t mind relgious people, either, unless they say ridiculous things like “Jaysus-the God-Man will protect me from COVID-19.” It seems they have conveniently forgotten the song “The Lord Helps Those Who Help Themselves”. Funny, that.) And Baptists in Texas go to church TWICE a week – on Sunday morning and Wednesday evening – no wonder their kids do so bad on tests on Thursday, since they have been up until 11 pm.
ReplyThe Jim Crow laws was written to give White voters simple thing like in English the sentences “like “the big dog jumpoed over the big lsrge dog” but to Black voters words in Chinese characters to read.
Reply(And White people don’t read Chinese any better, especially in 1960.)
Tell Biden to just give out Voter IDs with the vaccines at the barbershops with the burger and fries , battles over. We need a more equitable distribution of voter IDs.
ReplyIt’s honestly outrageous the US still sees itself as a beacon of democracy…
ReplyLock 45 up!
ReplyDo we really need conservatives? Or their states?
ReplyOh sam. People don’t know. They think all of this is justsiw your ID and stopping the mailing. These people need to be
ReplyCaught on camera while locking these boxes etc. It needs to be loud in the media. The Republicans are just saying its show ID. As usual thats the least bit of truth from them
if it at first you don’t succeed….cheat
Reply(and pass a law that makes cheating legal)
no protesting in the streets, the GOP is making it legal to run us over.
ReplyA bill that helps Black people vote is evil?
ReplyBark Bark Bark.
Democrats could support this legislation, but that would be too much doing right for them, so they’ll chicken out and pretend the Republicans wouldn’t let them.
Replyso you’re saying black people are to dumb to bring id and vote for themselves
ReplyThe problem of the the right to vote is that it is not constitutionally protected. Your ethnicity and your gender may not be used as reasons for voter ineligibility but that is not the same as the universal right to vote.
ReplyThanks for posting— They passed the new law in GA– before we could even breath— it is sickening!!!!!
ReplySamantha, (3:45) “changing the people who make our laws” …. that is a quaint idea, but realistically you should have said “changing the lobbyists who work for the elite” … those are the REAL creators of most of the laws of the last 50 years.
ReplyComment for the algorithm.
ReplyIt’s been what 60 years since Republicans have done anything to make America better?
ReplyMan, HR1 sure is a sexy piece of legislation
ReplyThe red States are red because the Democrats are not putting ANYONE on the ballot!!
ReplyWell Manchin said he won’t support it so we’d need 11 Republicans now
ReplyThis seems to be such a common theme that you could have named the videos
