You are NOT doing all these great things for women. You are doing them for MOTHERS. What about women who do not have children? You know, we women who have to take up the slack when mothers take their legitimately-earned time off. When do we get family leave to stay home and take care of our “family of one”? When do we get legislation that says our jobs must be kept open for us when we take time off? Stop assuming all women are mothers!

Nancy Pelosi torpedoed legislation that would prevent politicians, including her husband, from insider trading.
Nancy is 82, a millionare 100’s of times over and she still can’t help being corrupt.
She exemplifies everything that is wrong with politicians.

She’s going to be a big figure historically, not just for being a “first” but for all the things she got passed. And look at who served on the other side in that span of time: Newt Gingrich, Dennis Hastert, John Boehner, Paul Ryan and possibly but hopefully not Kevin McCarthy. The only interesting debate there is who is least-worst.
