why is colbert making fun of the man who is against extreme wealth
inequality? shouldnt he be neutral? at least when it comes to hillary? why
is colbert promoting hillary? not enough corporations behind her? colbert
became a sell out. Im so disappointed

fyi the debate was hosted by CNN (time turner is hillarys sponsor) and
sponsored by lockheed martin among other contributors to hillarys campaign.
its been obvious since 2012 that they were pushing hillary for 2016.
peoples votes dont make a difference.

Exactly 1 year before 2008 presidential election, Hillary Clinton had 40%
support in polls, while Barack Obama had 24%. 8 years later, everything is
the same, except for one thing: instead of Barack Obama, now we have Bernie
Sanders. And that’s why I think, Sanders is going to be 45th President of
    the USA. #FeeltheBern

It makes me laugh seeing all the Sanders supporters all butt hurt over the
fact that most people believe Hillary won the debate, and showed why she’s
the best human for the job. These polls that show Bernie won were online,
    you know, voted by pretty much his entire voters, the young demographic;
ask the gays, the women, the hispanics etc etc and it’s a completely
different story. I think Bernie fans believed he was going to run her down
in the debates, but instead found a road block in her professionalism. It’s
a shame that he has far more respect and decency toward Hillary than the
majority of his followers. BOTH of them would be great leaders, hell, even
O’Malley would be, too. Moderates and Progressives need to come together
and realize that as long as one of these 3 are the President, the country
is in good hands. Right now his supporters are no better than the
supporters of most the republican hopefuls.

Lets be Honest here. We all love Bernie. But as a student of politics, he
    will be a terrible president.

Why you ask i will answer you.

I will Try to be simple. His heart is in the right place and he wants to do
the right thing but if he tries, the corrupt power hungry politicians will
stop him easily. From both sides.

The thing about american politics compared to most of the world is the Red
Tape. You cant do anything without the consent of so many people. Even
    within the party.

Look at Obama. i really think he had a great vision for this country but
somewhere along the line things changed. His Ideas didn’t matter. Now its
all about what will please the people.

Bernie with his ideologies will not last in Washington. They will feed on
    him like an angry shark.

Hillary? Really? Note what she says! She doesn’t support Glass-Steagall why?

    “I represented Wall Street”
“I went to Wall Street [apparently she’s that chummy] and said ‘Cut it out'”

She obviously is okay with the fact that the banks are still too big to
fail and are still engaging in the risky behavior that brought the crash.
She’s not going to end the reign of Wall Street or the big banks (or big
    oil, big pharma, etc.)

Bernie sanders will win the primaries, then he’ll win the presidency, then
he’ll be king. Then aliens will make him king of the universe. I know it’s
true, because blowhards on youtube told me it’s true. We all know populist
candidates ALWAYS win the primaries six months before the first decision is
    even made.

Like that nice Howard Dean man. Before anyone even gave a damn about Obama,
every person on the internet was screaming how Howard Dean was the answer.
Howard Dean was the far and above popular candidate for about four months
away from the DNC electing for the primaries, sound familiar? Whatever
happened to that nice Dean person, anyway? At least we can look forward to
the same thing happeneing to Sanders and maybe the comment sections
everywhere will shut the hell up about him already.

The reason we need to vote for Bernie is not because he’s good or better or
Hillary Clinton has better chances as a corporate backed President. Bernie
is too ideological, he is not fit for president, which is exactly why he is
the only candidate running that might finally be able to expose the full
hypocrisy and backwards system that is Washington. In 2012 I went to
Washington on a school trip to study Super PACs, the presidential election,
and to observe the general workings of politics and lobbyists. There’s no
way any of these candidates will change America, but Bernie might just be
the only one that can expose this shitty country to the masses.

Not only did Bernie mix-up his percentages (Fact Check website says that
“Top 1% own 57% of income” is true), but he missed some opportunities to
claim that he isn’t a communist like the Castros, Stalin, and Kim Jongs and
that well-to-do people like Trump’s children would go to private
colleges/universities instead of public ones. Given that, I think Hillary
won the debate with her outstanding positive visage, although she won’t
    break up the big banks.
