That Oregon headline should have what the record is for in quotes or separated out somehow because it’s only true for “Highest Blood Alcohol Content” recorded by police in the US during an arrest for DUI. Been much higher in other countries during an arrest for DUI. Of course they might not call it a DUI, but still.
