ReplyI understand that disinformation and or misinformation can cause problems but I don’t care in what capacity it is ment to operate silencing any position because it can cause issues should not be a government tool that they can use. It is a bad idea that needs to be shot down and left to encouraging people to do their own research on hot bed issues. Finally this should not be a department or board because the people should be free to make up their own mind should be considered part of free speach. Not to mention having a partisan government that has this board is a terrible idea especially when the only examples that they list for issues are the super partisan hotbed issues that this country faces today.

In point Are they comitting PUBLIC PURJERY with intent to do so? Only a individual MMPI level mental examination can conclude if the individual had intent to perjurge the public OR if any concept can in fact mature in the thinking process of the indiviudal that MAY be mentally Helpless AGAINST IT? Talking is a behavior. If the concept comprehension can not mature in the head fully before it reaches the verbal behavior then they are required to be FACT curtailed/confined until they can progress here mentally cured THAT DOES INCLUDE HEALING FROM required by LAW.

ReplyRunning through the commentary on this site I don’t see any hard restrictions on free speech. Most people seem to be able to say what they want within the bounds of legality. However, I would send most of the commentators back to school to learn how to spell and how to construct a cogent sentence.
