Each year at the NBA Finals, they have an event called Media Day where reporters from all over get the chance to talk to the players. No reporter is more celebrated than our own Guillermo, who drove all the way to Toronto to file this all-star studded report with members of the Golden State Warriors and Toronto Raptors. #Kimmel #GameNight #NBAFinals

All jokes aside, the NBA should give a team in Mexico serious consideration. Mexico City is one of the largest cities in the world with over 8 million people. There are several fans of basketball there that would be thrilled to have an NBA team and you can be sure that there would be no problem filling stadiums so selling tickets will not be an issue. One could argue that soccer is more popular, and that’s true, but then again football is more popular in Texas and they have three NBA teams in Texas. Any of the new cities they consider, like Pittsburgh, would be a small market team (Pittsburgh has less than half a million people) compared to Mexico City. And if a new franchise is out of the question, existing franchises that want to expand their market, like the Clippers, should consider moving to Mexico City.
