I’m sorry but I don’t get it again, why now ? Why didn’t she do that years ago, at least there would have been a trace of it… don’t get me wrong I have been raped but I did my job as hard as it is, girls and boys please don’t be ashamed to go to the police station and hospitals, don’t wait a zillion years…it becomes nonsense, I am an 80s generation woman , went to a Catholic School…but NO MEANS NO

Alcohol can wipe out memory. That’s the most supportive thing I can think of . If it doesn’t then he is a bigger shit than I observed during the hearing. Supreme Court ? Utterly ridiculous !

TBH i’d rather have a doctor performing surgery on me that read books in high school rather than someone who killed small animals in high school. we’re all aware of what’s right & wrong in high school.

*So it’s basically her words against him and of course everyone is all for the women…… I mean I don’t even know the man.. I am not even American but a woman coming out and saying he raped me 38 years ago and now I am saying this and the whole nation is behind her… What happnd to “innocent until proven guilty”? I mean the woman can’t be lying? I mean just think for a moment before making the man the obvious villain*

This whole thing is about the ledt wanting to ise the sexual revolution politically. How many dems care about muslim rape gangs? None. Unequal Interracial rape against whites. None. the democrats cannot change what the judges are and think and the republicans will put into the judges to make sure that anything the democrats try to make this country better will be opposed and blocked by republican judges.. they want to take us back to 1850 and Henry Clay.

Telling young girls that they HAVE to be subjected to horrific sexual crimes that will haunt them for their whole lives because young boys have no consequences for their actions is disturbing. If consent and sexual allegations were taken more seriously in this country, I guarantee those boys would be able to control themselves. The only reason it’s so common nowadays is because they are taught that women are sexual objects of which they are entitled to. It’s absolutely horrific and it won’t change until our policies and attitudes about sexual violence change. The fact that Kavanaugh is on the supreme court despite these allegations is a loss for our country as a whole, no matter what side you are on. And it tells young girls and young boys a very harmful message that will echo in generations to come.

I’ m not a supporter of any party so please don’t take this query in a political direction. I merely want to know why Kavanaugh’s misdeeds at the age of 17, do not constitute a juvenile crime and why are they not treated the same way a juvenile criminal case would? If not a juvenile crime, what is to be considered as juvenile criminal activity and treated with the leniency that the law affords minors? Also there is a statue of limitation of crimes based on how long ago the crime occurred, does that not apply in Kavanaugh’s case especially taking into consideration his age at the time?
