I think Trump has agents in good with other secret service agents, allowing him to pass these docs to insert in SS Homes that Trump wants vengeance on! Trump did it, is my thought on “disinformation!” Trump sending these to homes of his enemies, makes as much sense as these Docs suddenly springing out in one giant leak! These docs are showing up suddenly everywhere!

Under the Presidential Succession Act of 1947, the Vice-President is first in line over all the Secretary’s of all the executive branches, therefor, he is their supervisor. Obama’s 2009 executive order 13526 gives the Vice-President the authority to declassify documents, in sec. 3.1 (b) (3), which states, “a supervisory official of either the originator or his or her successor in function, if the supervisory official has original classification authority.” As the Vice-President is authorized to classify documents, and he is the supervisor of all the executive branches, the Vice-President is authorized to declassify any documents that he/they classified.
