    Gad used to make me laugh when I was a teenager, but now, not so much. His
    humor is pretty much on the lowbrow side. Now, My two favorite
    French-speaking comedians are Gaspart Proust and Dieudonné. Aside from
    being funny, they only tackle sensitive, intellectual topics, their humor
    is highbrow and their French is almost perfect. They would both make
    amazing novelists.
