This man is great. Does he write his own stuff.
ReplySlavery wasn’t abolished lol just rewritten to include everyone not in charge instead of “just black people”.
ReplyWhy am I not surprised that the one state that rejected abolishing slavery was Louisiana, the birthplace of “The South Will Rise Again” horsecack?
Replyyou left out Oregon – 45% voted to keep it! half a million people.
ReplyI’m in Tennessee, the way I understood the Amendment is it removed the word “slavery” but did not prohibit prisoners from being used for labor.
ReplyI am in OR and it was on out ballot and I was stunned
ReplyAccording to The Indiana State Police slavery is still legal! I called them seeking medical information and somehow that led to them saying crazy things like that! Even though Previous Indiana State Government Officials have already written sponsored legislation that passed voting measures and was made LAW!
ReplyThis is why voting is important.
ReplyThis is why comedians are so important to the world. Because we all need laughter, especially in times like these. I never left so hard in my life!!! Thank you, Daily Show!
ReplyBut shouldn’t prisoners “earn their keep”? Taxpayers footing the bill, as usual.
