This man is a legend… Underrated! Amazing deadpan humour
ReplyI can understand Eugene Levy’s Opinion of not wanting to do American Pie. But I am glad he did it.
ReplyModern masterpiece
Reply“I didn’t want to do it”. Then stars in 7 more of them… either the scripts got way better or the money did.
ReplyMy bet is on the money.
so cool to have Eugene here, it seems like this was bound to happen eventually
ReplyWhether in the American Pie movies or anything else, Eugene is the definition of making every scene count. Everything he’s been in is better because of him.
ReplyFrom personal experience, I can he was the type of dad that might embarrass you from time to time, but you one day realize exactly how awesome he was. Lost my dad in 2012, and I swear the amount of *MY* childhood friends that reached out blew my mind. Two of my exes who hated each other as teens drove together for his funeral. We were expecting at most 20 people at his funeral. 113 showed up, all traveling minimum 40 miles. He’d never mentioned a single coworker to my mom, brother, or myself. He never once hung out with any of them after work. 34 showed up though, each with a sometimes heartwarming but usually hilarious story.
ReplyI wonder what amount of money or blackmail it took to get him in those other American Pie movies.
ReplyI always liked Eugene Levy as Jim’s dad. Even though the character was incredibly awkward he was always trying to help Jim the best he could.
ReplySCTV doc on YouTube is great.
ReplyI think that was a great choice over the script. Created a better & more likeable character.
ReplyNever in a million years did I think I would see Eugene Levy on Graham Norton’s couch. Such a legend. American Pie is nothing without him
