Do you think it might be just more than a little bit of racist behavior, that it always seems to go through indigenous peoples land? Or at least what’s left .. after the white man came..
ReplyIndigenous people don’t need the economy so they will be churned by it… I guess..
Ever think that maybe that economy isn’t serving you either?
And now, a word from our sponsor
Reply4:05 this is not a “comedy show” since it discusses politics. It’s a political show masqueraded as a comedy show make clear political statements.
ReplyPoor people are more exposed to pollution and climate change risks.
Poor people are more often non white because of structural racism.
The problem is and will be structural racism. It is the root of the rest of the problems.
ReplyWhen you can get more facts and learn more about the government from a comedian then actual government you know somthing is werry wrong here.
ReplyJohn Oliver 2024!
Save soil, save people!
ReplyWhat is America without
Replyracism.
America, where even the pollution is racist. The land of unlimited possibilities.
ReplyAnd is the same, even worse, what they are doing in Puerto Rico.
ReplyEverything and everyone is racist. Lol. Liberals. Yikes.
ReplyI am so glad I don’t live in america. What a shithole.
ReplyThe jokes in this piece were topnotch!!!
ReplyWanna talk about environmental racism? Let’s talk about Western Companies destroying Romania’s forests. But hey I know nobody cares right? Austrian lumber conglomerates are literally killing rangers that try to speak against it and nobody makig videos on it or even talking about it cause the world revolves around the usa only.
Replydon’t agree with the classification of ‘racism’. everything wants to be racism these days. its like the ‘auto-win’ button, and its getting tired. This is classism, and economic warfare. The poor live in the cheaper areas which are cheaper because they are next to industrial plants. in addition poor communities have fewer leaders defending their communities, and dumpers can get away with dumping far easier. This is all about wealth. period. That stat about comparing wealthy black people who are ALSO experiencing pollution, it’s not because they are black, its because they likely choose to live in solidarity with poorer communities.
