I think Trump is saying obeying the law is optional. Specially taxes. That would force the system to get rid of Trump in a heartbeat. Without that connection, or national strike, there will be a civil war engineered by Trump. Everything that happens during Trump is engineered by Trump troubleshooting what he thinks they’ll throw at him beforehand.
