EA is so desperate right now for positive public image.
ReplyEA is CURSED!
ReplyGood folks at EA? How is that even possible?
ReplyEA tries so hard to pull every scam and gimmick in the book – but make a good video game.
ReplyE… A… SPORTS… IT’S IN THE GAME!!! 😉
ReplyVielleicht sollte Stephen es einmal in der Bundesliga versuchen – das tut sicher weniger weh ?
Reply“Pay us $30 to play as Stephen Colbert.”
Reply-EA
Howdy, as a morally upright news organisation, on this one you might want to check out whether EA are currently neck-deep in hot water regarding selling and vehemently defending their own practice of selling, gambling mechanics in their games in the form of “loot boxes”. They have been confronted by the Belgian government regarding their FIFA game recently and are likely to have to address their practices in other governments shortly.
ReplyThis is not a company I see as a suitable fit for a spot on the Late Show, whether the arrangement was “free” or not. Agressive, above the law marketing – for example agressive marketing leveraging gambling addiction whilst insisting that existing gambling law is irrelevant to a transformative form of gambling – is one of the bigliest issues we’re facing in our time.
Thumbs down.
The “gameplay” was a carefully stitched and dubbed demo reel.
ReplyWhy is there a push for this shit show? In my feed I have 5 segments and I’m not even subscribed to this junk.
ReplyHEY you know what really sucks in real life? EA sucks in real life
ReplyEA Games’ an evil publisher.
