James Corden welcomes Dr. Michael Eric Dyson, author of “Tears We Cannot Stop: A Sermon to White America” and several other books, to discuss civil unrest in the United States following the death of George Floyd at the hand of police officers in Minneapolis. And Dr. Dyson discusses some ways white Americans can learn and engage to help those who face systemic injustice, including how we can educate our children on these issues.

I wonder how many times that tactic has been deployed but the victims survived? That copper looked practiced to me.

Friend, did you know that Jesus Christ loves you so much! He is also always working on your behalf. Bring Jesus Christ, through the Holy Spirit, all of your concerns, including your dreams. Talk with Him about EVERYTHING, letting the Light of His Presence shine on your hopes and plans. Spend time allowing His Light to infuse your dreams with life, gradually transforming them into reality. This is a very practical way of collaborating with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

YHWH (Father God), the Creator of the universe, have deigned to co-create with you. Do not try to hurry this process. If you want to work with Him, you have to accept His time frame. Hurry is not in Our Creator’s nature. Abraham and Sarah had to wait many years for their fulfillment of God’s promise, which was a son. How their long wait intensified their enjoyment of this child! Remember dear ones, Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses. Have faith in the ultimate truth that Jesus Christ is The Way, The Truth, and The Life.

Acknowledge that you are a sinner in need of our Savior. Welcome the righteousness of Yeshua (Jesus Christ) into your life. Receive grace through faith by believing in Jesus Christ and what He did on the cross, His death, burial and resurrection. You will then be sealed, secured and justified in salvation. You will be rewarded greatly and your life will be forever changed! God bless you in the Glorious name of Jesus Christ our Lord and our Savior.❤️❤️❤️ (Psalm 36 :9; Genesis 21 : 1-7; Hebrews 11 : 1) (AMP)

It was heartbreaking to see Mr. Floyd…begging his mother…mama…..I have no words…and to see the vicious face of that police…and the other police officers doing nothing was devastating…monstrously. I am wondering what black police officers are thinking…🙏RIP

I am no professor, but he appears to call people who try to shop with false money and braking the law for ordinary. In my opinion, lawbreakers are not considered ordinary people. That does not mean that they should be killed, but law-braking people are becoming more and more violent every day, that is the main issue the police has to face every day at work. It is no wonder “shit happens”, when they are treated like shit daily. The victim in this case is just a victim of a society in disorder not poor police work.

So powerful. Thank you for inviting Dr Michael Dyson. God, Adonai hear the cries of our black and brown brothers and sisters. Hear us, oh Lord G-d Almighty. Deliver your grafted children from bondage as you did our Jewish brothers and sisters. In your Holy Name I pray and sing praises to you, Yeshua, Amen

Thank you, James, for using your platform so that this beautiful person can speak so directly to all of us as people. And thank you for asking the question of what can I do as a white person. This is worded so poorly, but all I can do is say thank you.

I get why people are angry but why do protestors cause such destruction. I don’t understand why they are lighting things on fire, looting stores, destroying stores- why ruin the stores of those poor store owners( yes i know the “bigger” wealthier stores aren’t poor. But, many stores that were looted and destroyed were small mom and pops). These bad protestors take away from the true message of the protests- that is the saddest part. Plus, real criminals take advantage of these riots in order to commit crimes while cops are busy with the rioters. It’s 2020 and i can’t believe we still have racial injustice. i’ll never understand hate

Black people died of corona because of racism, afraid to go out of their homes with a mask!
Black men are especially discriminated against in the job market and that needs to stop.
    Thank you, James! 💙

If you can’t blind them with brilliance, baffle them with b.s. Or as MED would say, “if you’re incapable of rendering them sightless with an exhibition of your superior, accumulated intelligence then by all means induce the maximum amount of cerebral confusion possible using whatever bovine excrement you have at your disposal.”

New Zealand had 1 mass shooting…30 days later, automatic weapons were banned. A WOMAN Prime Minster got full support to ban these killing machines… we must move faster, like w/ the virus. Don’t need a virus, we need leadership! Vote Vote Vote…you have the power to make the change.

James is amazing, I love how he asks Michael Eric Dyson to tell him what to do and how he listens as Dyson at 1.45 tells us that George Floyd’s only crime was the colour of his skin. How dare Candace Owens at 6.24 on the Durty Daily start telling us otherwise.. such lies about his long rap sheet and how he held a gun to the belly of a woman while his friends robbed her… lying bitch. I’m very happy that the great (not forgetting sublimely erudite) Mr. Dyson has been a long time student of the great Stanley Unwin.. Please look at his many presentations where he obfuscationalises and confundandingiuneses many an opponent. Not here!!!! I am obliged to utter notwithstandingly as uncompromisinglationally you would be howlbentendlingt with me.. anyhoo.. I can only say, look up Mr. Unwin for the source of this most prestigediousneesiousnessly selfpontificationallyabstractedny wordliciousness and I think you’ll get my driftedness.. Goodlybyelow!!

Terrible that dumb cop killed him , but his “only crime” wasn’t being black , he was a repeat criminal offender and was strung out high af trying to scam a store, how can you even make sense of that so stupid and exaggerated.

Historically white COPS in USA are deeply racist and utterly consumed with bias and systemic hatred against BLACK PEOPLE.
They seem to forget that their ultimate and sacred duty is to protect the citizens and enforce the RULE OF LAW, and not to abuse the LAW.

They worked together, Chauvin was jealous of Floyd, because of the respect Floyd got and Floyd done better with the women in the club they worked at too.
So he killed him the 1st chance he got.

I live in Minneapolis less then a mile from the George Floyd’s Murder. Was he murdered? Yes. Was it racist? Don’t know, but everyone was quick to jump to that conclusion. Maybe the cop was just a big dick, but Dr.Dyson and the rest of the far left want nothing more than to cause division in the world. Minnesota, and the rest of the world cried “systemic racism”. I don’t even think they know what the word systemic means. It means system. That means Jim Crow laws. Rules and laws setup to keep the black people down. There is no Jim Crow laws in Minnesota. The only thing that Minnesota owes the black man is the law, and the enforcement of it. Funny how the far left’s first change was to de fund the police, but they cried remove the police. The far left has gone insane, and if you listen to Dyson you are just a follower without common sense. He gets these gigs and gets money and power. He is no Martin Luther King. Martin Luther King did not fight imaginary racism.
