    Unbelievable. A man would NEVER have to explain himself in that way! Never!! This happens all the time on movie sets! People get replaced, there is no chemistry or what ever! People make such a big deal out of it, because she is a women! Did you ever hear Tarantino or any male directer defend himself about his choice of actors???? Yes, this makes me mad. Can we move on please and let her be???

    My takes is… Olivia wanted both Shia and Florence in this movie
    But Shia is famously difficult to work with on set so it cause tension between him and Florence
    So Shia give Olivia the ultimatum but Olivia still don’t want to fired him (because the film was shoot during the pandemic it’s hard to find new actor) but Shia choose to leave the film
