Goodbye First Amendment. Disagree or take political stance, and your friendly neighborhood Republican government will make sure you regret it.

Nothing like giving threats to prove you’re the “good guy”.

Good to see such a stanch social-conservative subverting the free-market by threatening to using legislation to “pick winners and losers”. His political party must be so proud of him. =P

Pfft! The government dictating who private businesses have to give discounts to is EXACTLY what the whole freedom and democracy thing is about. Right? Freedom to do what the government tells you to or however it’s worded.

Sometimes, you need to go further just to laminate how stupid the original comment is.

    This was a good one.

t’s for the lawyers to work out, but isn’t that extortion that Mr. Cagle proposes. If so, thanks for the public evidence of such… and to protect the NRA seems an odd branch to cut ones on limbs off for. Just remove all state granted tax breaks for all companies, organizations and churches, then it won’t seem the forcing tactic that it is of do this for this one organization or will take our tax incentive away from just you. As Lt. Gov. somebody might look at the one company attack as murky legal waters, as a boycott by people is a different action.
