ReplyI wanted to mention a couple of DeVito movies I love, and then I realized there were too many of them. I haven’t seen a movie with him in it that I didn’t love. I have been a fan of his since Taxi, and he’s never missed a beat. And he’s so genuine in his interviews. He was respectful and complimentary to Nikki and he even knew better than to go for the hug. A real class act all the way.
DeVito is the man I remember seein Throw mama from the Train in the movies when I was a kid lol.

ReplyI feel like “Invader Zim” played a huge part in cartoons pushing dark boundaries. I always wondered if that show was going to get canceled way too quick for being ahead of its time, which it did after Nickelodeon aired it for just 3 seasons- it should still be going strong in my opinion.
I also remember when it first aired thinking, I wonder if Nickelodeon was familiar with Johnen Vasquez’s work with San Jose CA Comic label ‘Slave Labor Graphics’ & the Dark GENIUS Johnen released on the world such as his opus ‘Johnny The Homicidal Maniac’ and realize THIS is who they have running their new hit kids animated show? Haha! I felt happy for Johnen putting his fingers on the pulse of mainstream kids television and slitting their wrists.
