Many award winners thank their parents, but it’s usually for how they were raised… not how they were conceived!

My parents had sex, and now I am doing life without parole.

You better believe Daniel Kaluuya’s mom took his backside to the woodshed after that speech. African and Caribbean parents don’t play. Also their children are never too old, or too successful to get a backsiding.

I think Dustin Hoffman is the first person to thank his parents for having sex in his Oscar speech.

I just knew that “You like me!” would be one of them. Excellent voice work too, seamless.

One of my favourite impressions that Stephen does is Gregory Peck. So much so I watched his Gregory Peck Oscar sketch the day before this years Oscars.

I thought the speech was great. Perhaps the only good thing out of that mess.

Hey, to be fair, if your parents hadn’t had sex, you wouldn’t be here. I’ll let you, the reader of this comment, decide who specifically that is directed to.

Daniel Kaluuya is generally known for being smooth talker. But, overconfidence can be the downfall for even the best of us. He probably wanted to sound authentic yet rad. But just came across being awkward and embarrassing. Another reason why no one should take public speaking for granted.

Do you suppose it occurred to Daniel Kaluuya just how much of a phenomenon he would touch off on social media?

People think Joe Biden’s gaffes are bad. They should be glad this guy can’t run for president since he wasn’t born here.

Hopefully there weren’t any parents watching this with kids who are too young to learn about this.
