How cool and actually thoughtful for him to bring an interpreter, honestly.

I frequented concerts, wore high powered head phones and shot artillery in the Army, so my hearing is shot. Now I work in manufacturing and it’s always loud. We wear ear protection but it’s the soft spongy type that pushes ear wax and detritus back into the ear.

Long story short I constantly remind people to speak up, or enunciate, or at least use lots of lip movement. Sending love your way from mine.

It’s too early to include COVID in a standup routine. Many people have become mentally ill because of all the lockdowns and other bullshit and just want to forget about the past.
