ReplySorry, companies didn’t steal this money. State governments like CT, CA, IL, NY, etc., stole the money and handed it to their preferred political re-election and social engineering organizations.

ReplySimple we authorize up-to 2% of the amount for investigations and criminals go to jail. Start with the largest amounts and go down. I am a retired CPA.
ReplyI don’t see why he’s miffed or asking all these questions. The two-party system, as it stands today, and even over the past several decades has been a monument of waste and mis-management. Both parties are guilty for dropping the ball many times, and having the government shut down multiple times. Politicians of each party are more concerned about posturing for their own party and positions under the guise of representing us. Lobbyists and special interest groups line the pockets of most all politicians in one way or another. So much so in fact that you can’t be a successful politician without having some of those linings. You gotta play with the big boy system or your don’t play at all. And the big boy system is a corrupt one. The parties have more interest in pitting the average American against each other so as to take their attention away from what’s REALLY going on in the government.
ReplyAccountability, Responsibility, Listening, Respect, Compromise, Integrity… These words have become more and more absent from our government over the past several decades.
The easy way out of it is just to BLAME THE OTHER PARTY. Get your head out of the sand. It’s BOTH parties. There is no such thing as a HOME TEAM.
That money was created by the fed it was not backed up by any product or service. Thus inflation….

ReplyThe government should know as little as possible about your life and your business. It should also not have the power to lockdown citizens, businesses or take your money and give it to someone else.
ReplyAmerica governments become dysfunctional due to both parties never want to work together and accomplish a common goal, all they do are trying to grill each other. Every time, democrats n Republicans try to negotiate a plan, it never go well, and governments and white always get shutdown.
