You shouldn’t bait jackals Seth. The ONLY metaphor jackals are used for is the “starving-loser-scavenger” one. You even HINT to a jackal that there’s meat to be had and they go nuts.
Also, 10:55. You said “nictating” when referring to the rooster’s third eyelid, but the word is, in fact, “nictitating”. Otherwise a perfectly fun bird fact.
