Norm MacDonald, we need more of his clips. Analytics must show the huge demand still. The national and international treasure that he was and will forever be is so missed. Perhaps it’s greedy to ask the clips about him, but we are at the active mourning period. In any case thank you very much for the way you honored him.

I was a locksmith in the 80s/90’s and that tool wasn’t around then. We had to manually pick them. They had pick guns but they never worked well. I still have mine. Cars are a PITA to work on. Don’t get me started on interchangable core locks like Best.

Such a fascinating line of work! I own an antique locksmith kit (1950s, I believe). Obviously, it won’t work on most of today’s advanced locks, but it was apparently still functional for the regular ones. I never learned to use it, though, since it’s just for show. I don’t want to break any of the thin tools since they are old. Cool guest!

4:46 do they interview all the fans prior? I suppose that’s how they filter out people who don’t make a good show… Every fan who comes on seems so charismatic

Being a locksmith doesn’t make you an expert in home or car security systems. The risk of being monitored or an alarm going off isn’t worth trying to pick a lock in most cases.
